First, record yourself for 3-5 minutes talking about the most relevant issues in your life right now. Then, take a quiz and see what your body is telling you. You might be surprised! And the best part? You can retake the quiz as many times as you want. By doing it frequently, you'll become more in tune with your body and find more balance in your life.
