Your body is always communicating your deeper needs, even when you're not aware of it. Here I have a fun and easy 10-minute self-diagnostic experiment for you to try! First, record yourself for 3-5 minutes talking about the most relevant issues in your life right now. Then, take a quiz and see what your body is telling you. You might be surprised! And the best part? You can retake the quiz as many times as you want. By doing it frequently, you'll become more in tune with your body and find more balance in your life. So go ahead and give it a try!


Directions: Prepare pen and paper, record a video of yourself for 3-5 minutes talking about the most relevant issues in your life right now, then relying on the recorded video, answer the four questions below. Each question will have it's own score that will lead you to a suggested technique!

From 1 to 5, how expended are your gestures? How open is your body pose? How expressive are you with your language?

From 1 to 5, are you moving/tilted towards the camera?How open and curious is your gaze?Are your hands unconsciously grabbing things?

question 3

From 1 to 5, how tense and active is your body? How speeded and shallow is your breath and speech? (vs slow and steady) How rigid or chaotic are your movements? (vs heavy and grounded)

From 1 to 5, how directly and clearly are you speaking? (vs using allegories or non-linear storytelling) How rapid and sudden are your movements? (vs rotating/fluid body movements) How direct is your gaze?
